NETDMR

NetDMR is a web-based tool, located within EPA's CDX portal, that allows facilities to electronically sign and submit LPDES Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) to LDEQ.

Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reports

It is a federal mandate that all facilites are required to submit DMRs electronically, as of December 21, 2016.  The only approved method for electronic DMRs in Louisiana is the NetDMR program.  Using NetDMR has the benefit of improving data quality by automatically error-checking and validating data prior to submission. Users receive instant confirmation upon submission of DMRs, can revise DMRs electronically, and include PDF attachments for supplemental documentation.

Blank DMRs

  • If you are waiting on your NetDMR access rights to be approved, please submit paper DMRs until approval is granted.

Paper DMR submissions are a temporary allowance, not an alternate submission method.  Please contact deqnetdmr@la.gov if you have questions about paper DMRs and/or have issues with NetDMR.

Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs)

  • Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) should be submitted any time an exceedance occurs. Paper NCRs can be mailed to LDEQ's Permit Compliance Unit separately from DMRs, or submitted with electronic DMRs via NetDMR by attaching the NCR in PDF format.

Effluent Violation Reporting Assitance

  • Effluent Violation Reporting is broken down into a series of questions to assist users with NCRs and how to fill out the exceedance column on DMRs.

  • A complilation of helpful formulas intended to assist with calculating flow-weighted averages for both concentration and loading values being reported on DMRs.
