Welcome to Our New Website!

We heard your feedback, and we’ve made some changes to our website to improve accessibility and organize information in a clearer, more intuitive way. These changes are designed to help you find what you need faster and ensure a consistent experience for all users. But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to access all of the information and tools you’ve used before!

New Look, Same Features

The updated website for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has the same trusted resources you’re familiar with, but now you have access to a refreshed and more comprehensive navigation, which includes:

  • Regulated Areas
    • As the first item in the main navigation, the regulated areas menu now includes links to all environmental programs, permitting information, compliance requirements and regulatory guidance laid out in a user-friendly way.
  • Incident Reporting
    • Still located in the top bar utility navigation, the incident reporting link directs visitors to clear instructions and reporting forms, ensuring that emergency information is accessible at all times.
  • Public Notices
    • The public notices link, which is still located in the top bar utility navigation, allows visitors to access information on hearings, comment periods and regulatory updates in a timely manner.
  • EDMS
    • Now located in the top bar utility navigation, the EDMS link guides users to a thorough library of FOIA processes and documents.
  • eBusiness
    • The eBusiness link, which is still located in the top bar utility navigation, will connect users to online services for account management/payment.
