The sixteenth amendment to the Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order declared on March 11, 2020, due to a statewide public health emergency, COVID-19, is now available.
The Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) received a United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant for $1.24 million for the Port’s Clean Truck Replacement Incentive Program (Clean TRIP), which gives truck and fleet owners who serve Port NOLA an opportunity to voluntarily replace older, inefficient drayage trucks with cleaner models.

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality is hosting an Enviroschool webinar tomorrow, Oct. 15 at 10:00 a.m. The webinar will provide an overview of the Superfund program and Superfund sites.
