Important Legislative Acts

Act 521 of the 2016 Regular Session implements multiples revisions to the previous Motor Fuel Trust Fund statutes. Please review the attached document to determine how the new law might effect your current or future Motor Fuel Trust Fund remediation sites. Act 521 becomes effective August 1, 2016.

Act 277 of the 2015 Regular Session increased the per release maximum allowable reimbursements from the Motor Fuel Trust Fund from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000.
