Roger Gingles, executive management officer with LDEQ’s Office of Environmental Assessment, was named assistant secretary for that office Aug. 30. In his new capacity, Roger will oversee the Air Planning and Assessment Division, the Remediation Division, the Water Planning and Assessment Division and the Underground Storage Tanks Division.
