Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the 2020 notice of funding availability under its Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program, including funding for the new State infrastructure financing authority WIFIA (SWIFIA) program.

The meeting will discuss the Dresser site in Pineville at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, at the Granberry Conference Center off Allen Drive on the campus of Louisiana College in Pineville. This in-person meeting was scheduled after a June 10 online meeting had to be canceled due to connectivity issues.
The LDEQ will transition to a new bank for the processing of credit card payments. The switch will take place at the end of the 2020 fiscal year and will be reflected on credit card payments beginning on the afternoon of June 26, 2020, and onward.
The seventh amendment to the Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order declared on March 11, 2020, due to a statewide public health emergency, COVID-19, is now available.
The Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order in the Matter of Natural and Catastrophic Disaster Tropical Storm Cristobal has been amended to extend through June 28, 2020.
