This session will focus on how you can be involved in the regulatory processes, including how to receive public notices, making public comments, where to find public notices, public meetings vs. public hearings, and making effective comments.

With COVID-19 restrictions limiting outreach efforts, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality’s (LDEQ) Nonpoint Source (NPS) Pollution group created a video demonstrating the EnviroScape model. The EnviroScape model effectively communicates the shared responsibility for the environment, specifically water quality, to people of all ages.
