LDEQ is accepting applications for the 2020 Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) Awards. The ELP Awards commend members for their voluntary pollution prevention efforts, community environmental outreach initiatives and other activities that go above and beyond regulatory compliance to improve the environment.
For the 15th year, the LDEQ partnered with other Louisiana organizations to host the Louisiana Envirothon, an environmental problem-solving competition.
The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) is offering hands-on training for permittees on the use of the NetDMR online application for the submission of discharge monitoring reports. A Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) is a self -reporting document that is generated by permittees who have a Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) permit.
The Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) offers assistance with NetDMR. NetDMR is a web-based tool that allows facilities to electronically sign and submit Louisiana Pollution Elimination System (LPDES) discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) to the LDEQ.
