Overview of the new LPDES LAG530000 Permit and NetDMR Reporting Requirements

This session will give you an overview of the new LAG53 permit for Class I Sanitary Discharge General Permit holders, as well as other upcoming Reissued Sanitary Discharge General Permits. This will cover permit updates, permit requirements, what you have to do now and how to access permit information required at your site. Through this session, you will also learn about electronic reporting of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) required under this permit. This will provide an overview of NetDMR (current approved electronic DMR submittal program), the NetDMR registration process, how to access step by step instructions on the website, and dates for future hands-on NetDMR classes.
