The Who, What, Why, When, and How of Asbestos Demolitions and Renovations: We will discuss who is regulated and who is exempt, what is regulated (i.e. friable vs non-friable), why asbestos is regulated, when notification is required, and how to handle asbestos containing materials during demolition and renovation projects.
The Basics for Handling Lead Based Paint: We will discuss the basics of the LDEQ lead based paint abatement program, and the EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (Environmental Protection Agency RRP) program requirements.
