Louisiana Environmental Analytical Data Management System (LEADMS) Resource Page

LDEQ is responsible for monitoring and assessing environmental conditions throughout the State.  The analysis of environmental samples is required to demonstrate compliance with Louisiana and National Standards.  LDEQ uses the Louisiana Environmental Analytical Database Management System (LEADMS) for managing analytical data from our field staff and contractors.  LEADMS is an Earthsoft, Inc. EQUIS ® database. Data and PDF reports can be submitted electronically to LDEQ.  Below is a list of guidance documents for creating and submitting Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD).

Sign Up to Become a Data Submitter

 In order to become a data submitter, a Subscriber's Agreement form must be completed and sent via email or regular mail to the LEADMS Help Desk address.

Once your Subscriber's Agreement is received and approved, you will receive an email with your user credentials and all the information you will need to submit data to LEADMS.
