ERIC Training

ERIC training opportunities are provide annually following the opening of the system for the reporting period. The training is generally provided in mid-January to early February of each year and consists of short webinars for advanced users and longer, hands-on training for beginners.


A webinar will be offered at the times listed below and will focus on those areas of ERIC that have changed since the 2016 reporting year cycle. No registration is necessary; simply join the webinar using the connection information below.

 February 7, 2018 10:30AM – 11:30AM          OR       February 8, 2018 1:30PM – 2:30PM

**Note that there are two time options listed.  It is not necessary to attend both sessions; the information covered will be the same in both presentations.**


You will need a computer with Internet access and a phone. 

  1.  At least fifteen minutes before the start time, please click on the link below to connect to the web conference:

  1. Select either Windows-based or Web-based and click Continue.

(Windows-based will require that you download the software to your computer. If you cannot or do not wish to download software, select the Web-based option.)

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address and click Join.

 Then, to connect with your telephone:

On February 15, 2018 from 9am-12pm, in an effort to better assist ERIC users who are new to the system or who need a hands-on refresher, DEQ has set aside its Computer Training Room so that ERIC staff can offer in-person training. We will also broadcast this session as a live webinar for users who want to connect remotely.
