The Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order in the Matter of Natural and Catastrophic Disaster Hurricane Laura has been amended to extend through November 28, 2020.
The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) has launched a new interactive map that details the water bodies included in the Louisiana Water Quality Integrated Report. The Louisiana Water Quality Integrated Report (IR) is the current format for the state’s biennial reports on the water quality of Louisiana surface waters.
The sixteenth amendment to the Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order declared on March 11, 2020, due to a statewide public health emergency, COVID-19, is now available.
The Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) received a United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant for $1.24 million for the Port’s Clean Truck Replacement Incentive Program (Clean TRIP), which gives truck and fleet owners who serve Port NOLA an opportunity to voluntarily replace older, inefficient drayage trucks with cleaner models.
The fifteenth amendment to the Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order declared on March 11, 2020, due to a statewide public health emergency, COVID-19, is now available.
