SWAT (Compliance Training)

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has developed a Sanitary Wastewater Assistance Training (SWAT) program for those facilities who have one of the below types of permits, which authorize the discharge of treated sanitary and/or vehicle wash wastewater from wastewater treatment facilities into waters of the state. The class is geared toward educating permittees on the requirements of their permits and water quality regulations.

LAG530000- Class I Sanitary Wastewater General Permit

LAG540000- Class II Sanitary Wastewater General Permit

LAG560000- Class III Sanitary Wastewater General Permit

LAG470000- Automotive Dealership/Body Shops General Permit

LAG750000- Exterior Vehicle Wash Wastewater General Permit
