NetDMR Training

Training for NetDMR is provided by both EPA and LDEQ. The information covered in training offered by EPA and LDEQ is very similar. Feel free to attend any training session which is convenient to your schedule.

EPA Training

EPA training is conducted via web conference and is intended to provide permittees and data providers with an overview of the NetDMR application which will enable the online submission of Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs). Live webinar classes are scheduled periodically. A recording of the webinar is also available online for downloading and viewing.

Please check the EPA training website for additional information and resources (https://netdmr.zendesk.com/home).

Note - The EPA training does not cover state specific attachment guidelines. LDEQ will only accept file attachments to DMRs in PDF format.

LDEQ Training

LDEQ offers two different types of assistance with NetDMR:

Hands on Training will use the practice version of NetDMR to provide permittees and data providers with an overview of the NetDMR application to aid them in using the official version of NetDMR to electronically submit their Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) on the job. Participants will walk through registering for a practice account, entering data, and signing and submitting a DMR online. The one-day session lasts approximately 3.5 hours and is held in a computer lab setting to allow for hands-on experience using NetDMR in the practice environment.  This is an opportunity for Edit and View Users to see the system as a Signatory would see it, as well.

CDX/NetDMR Registration Assistance will consist of LDEQ staff working one-on-one with permittees to set-up accounts in the official version of NetDMR. The LDEQ staff will help the permittees establish their username and password at the CDX level and request access to their permit(s) at the NetDMR level. The session lasts 2 hours (permittees may come at any time during the 2-hour session) and will be conducted in a computer lab setting to allow for one-on-one assistance.  Please bring your permit numbers and a completed registration packet to class (click here for registration packet).  Users who need help with already existing accounts are also welcome to attend.
